It was giving rushed/low budget project. In the sense that they could've invested in minor small room details. The hotel was divided into 3 buildings, yet only 1 ice machine for all. It was always out of ice! Single occupant with no kids, I definitely didn't appreciate the loud comings of children and parents at midnight. I couldn't tell which was louder. Housekeeping was every 3 days BUT make sure to request on 2nd day or you'll get skipped. No garbage can other then the bathroom garbage. I bet parents loved that! No tissues. No microwaves. A freaking expresso machine with TWO pods. That's it! That's all you get...lol! Hot breakfast, some pastries, coffee, toast, cereal and 2 waffle makers and fruit BUT GUYS nothing had any taste, so definitely grab some salt and pepper...lol! Listen for the price that it had Icouldn't be mad. OH! OH! I have to mention the rain shower head! Garenteed, I could've gotten better pressure and consistency outside in the rain, but at least it worked. It was cheap, that's all that mattered.

Marlyn on reception was so helpful during our check-in - thank you. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 14th floor which had fantastic views towards Epic and SeaWorld. The apartment was fully fitted with everything you need. Washing machine and dryer, full cooking facilities including a dishwasher. The furniture was all modern and had TVs in every room. In the communal areas the gym was great, the pool area was well maintained and relaxed (no lifeguard). Saw other guests using the complimentary BBQ facilities. I have been coming to Orlando for the past 10 years and will definitely return here. Location is fantastic too only $6 dollar taxi to Universal or you can pre-book their complimentary bus service. All in all loved our time here and highly recommend.

The setup of the hotel is strange, there a different section of the hotel for you to stay, but if you are not familiar with the hotel, you might ask yourself, why you ended up in the from section of the hotel, facing the road, and not the pool area. If you decide to sleep late, this is not the hotel for you, since noises are coming from all over the place, my las 2 mornings, it was 8:30 and there was already workers all over the place being loud, and the noise from the room above it is expected to be there too. The pool is small, but the lazy river and the access to the beach are the positive sides.
