The heart of the apartment is the spacious, light-filled living and dining area with a large glass front and a view of the Baltic Sea. Here you’ll find a cozy seating area, a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, and a fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler days. Carefully selected home accessories, high-quality furniture, and atmospheric lighting give the apartment its unique character.

Integrated into the living area is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and an adjacent large dining table. Amenities include a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, a large refrigerator with freezer space, and a washing machine. Of course, you’ll also find all the essential kitchen utensils you need to prepare your meals.

The apartment features a separate, private bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe.

Additional sleeping accommodations are located in an area adjacent to the living room that can be completely separated from the rest of the living area by a large sliding folding wall. Here, you’ll find another double bed as well as a loft bed, which is easily accessible via a staircase. There is also a cozy sitting area beneath the loft bed. Thus, the apartment offers sleeping accommodations for up to six people in total.

The spacious, naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a double sink, a large mirror, and a towel rack. There is also a separate guest restroom.

Underfloor heating throughout the apartment and pleated blinds on the windows provide additional comfort.
