Overall my experience at Starhotels was great! The hotel was clean and ascetically pleasing. The room we had did have a water leak in the bathroom but the staff was quick to help resolve and even offered us another room. We were only there for one night so we chose to stay in our room but the offer was very much appreciated. There was a parking garage available but we didn’t have a car. The hotel was one street away from the Main Street which was nice because it was quieter. The hotel is also conveniently located near shops and restaurants

The reception staff were friendly enough. The beds were okay. The rooms kind of small. Breakfast was 3* quality. I didn’t find this hotel to be particularly special for the price.

I had the most incredible experience at ME Milan - Il Duca! The service provided by Jenny Rossi, Aura Manager, Sabrina Gallo, Concierge, Anthony Ardizzone, Head Concierge, and Gabriela Serranti, Front Office Manager, was simply outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out.Having traveled to almost 14 countries across Europe, I can confidently say that this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The Italian hospitality displayed by the team at ME Milan - Il Duca, was unparalleled. I have no way to express my gratitude to everybody.As a result, I wholeheartedly give, ME Milan - Il Duca a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. My experience has solidified my loyalty, and I plan to return to this hotel multiple times in the future whenever I visit Italy. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay unforgettable!
