Nice view of the lake, but property needs a refresh to touch up some of the basics. Could use new paint, fixing some walls, modernized rooms and eating area,etc.

Great location just a few minutes walk to main town but nice and peaceful right on the beautiful beach. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. They also told us the roof terrace was a great spot to watch the evening fireworks in Limone, and it was. My only negative was the room, I had an expectation of the room from the photos and we was given what appeared to be a smaller room at the back of the hotel that wasn’t angled towards the lake like the other rooms in the same category, the room was okay but I just couldn’t help feeling a little disappointed.

Lovely complex, beautiful pools indoor and out. Fantastic view from the hotel across the lake. Short walk down into town centre. Good breakfast buffet.

It does not have a pool. This is the main reason for booking this accommodation. It has a photo showing a lovely pool area. It does not have this. Other negatives - only one plug socket in room - no where near a mirror or tv. No coffee making facilities in room. Paid 130 euro in taxi fair as they did not reply to 3 messages regarding check in and their advert said check in was 3-6 with no after hours check in. Was meant to be my 50th birthday treat - i was so disappointed. Also no air con remote was in room.
