A quiet, safe residential location but still very close to Sarasota's best attractions and beautiful spots. The Waterfront parks and bike path are only a few blocks away. The house is clean, with all the comforts of home and just the right amount of eclectic design touches. Maureen went above and beyond before we even arrived by going to check in on him and his wife letting me talk to him on her phone. Fortunately they were ok and had a place to stay while their home power was out. The property we stayed at was very comfortable, clean, and had a lot to offer for us and our 2-year old. Maureen even brought over books for him, and her husband Patrick came over late in the evening to help when we had an issue with the washing machine (nothing was wrong, it just had a special eco mode feature we didn't know about). Overall we really enjoyed the location, walking the neighborhood, and picking up sticks in the yard (a boon for my toddler). Lots of good places to visit very close by too. Very quiet and with plenty of kitchen and laundry supplies. Easy communication with Maureen. Easy access to Publix and main arteries for everything in Sarasota. They have a great set up with the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen for a vacation rental.
