This unit it's the perfect place to stay in Sarasota, you will enjoy your visit to Sarasota staying with us, because the property it's unique!
Our place has it's own kitchen, dining room , living room with T.V., bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom for your self.
The laundry room has washer and dryer.
Great private place, cozy, with a nice outdoor terrace, bbq area, and tropical garden to enjoy!
What makes our place unique? is our beautiful garden, that's why we have a beautiful and relaxing view from the living room area.
We have a nice outside terrace, with outside furniture to enjoy lunch or dinners and outside grill.
Kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, pots & pans. silverware.
\- Full size refrigerator and freezer with water and ice dispenser in door.
We maybe present, but if we are not, our friend will welcome you, show you the place and give you the house keys!
You can contact us any time.
We are well located, in the middle of everything, close to the beach 15 min drive to siesta key, 20 to St Armands.
Restaurants , shops and supermarkets close to the house.
Gas station
We have parking place for you.
Sarasota airport is just 20-25 min from the house, you can rent a car, or take a cab.

The check-in was VERY quick as the owner met us at the property, let us in, and showed us around. The place was not that clean. There is No dishwasher and NO rack to let dishes dry, so we left the dirty dishes in the sink. Also, I am not certain of this, but my wife and I sneezed A LOT. I think that there is either mold in the home or there is a TREMENDOUS amount of dust in the air. New air filters in the furnace and an air purifier would help with this issue.

The host was very welcoming. The outside property is gorgeous! Being from the country we soaked up every ounce of green in the middle of the city excitedly. The accommodations were fabulous. Alot of room to move around. It is truly a full one bedroom home for you. A well stocked kitchen and protected property. Highly recommend.

#### Peaceful Retreat
This Unit is a part of a Home that has been completely divided from the original home. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. The grounds are lovely. The Living/Family Room has a nice view of the back yard. The Kitchen is a little old fashioned but clean and nice. There is a drip coffee maker and some supplies (filters). While the kitchen doesn't lend itself to a great deal of cooking, it served our purposes. (There is not a dishwasher.) Grocery stores, etc are close drive. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. This is a very nice and unique property. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was nice, colorful and full of cultural flavor. It was peaceful if your looking for a nice quiet, romantic getaway. There was music to fit every cultural and age group, which was a plus. I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful property well located in the heart of Sarasota. The property is spectacular with a creek running through it and sitting on one and a quarter acres. The owner, Ricardo, is very helpful and a terrific person to talk to. It is close to major shopping, excellent restaurants and the beach is approximately 15 minutes away. Highly recommend this property.

needs some upgrades. needs a 1100watt microwave. Kitchen utencils were dirty. Vacuum cleaner not cleaned in years. Dryer vent screen was so clogged with lint that we had a difficult time getting it out to clean it. Had to clean the dryer vent out side the house as well.We used several swifter pads to clean the floors. There were many dead some kind of worms in the sliding door tracts. The refridgerator stopped working but the owner was kind enough to have it replaced within 3 days. But we lost 3 days of vacation waiting and helping his friends with the replacement. His friends were kind and helpful We did a lot of general cleaning and hope we made the unit in better condition for the next renter.

#### A Beautiful Relaxing Home to Unwind Florida-Style
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Riccardo’s home. We arrived late afternoon after a long day in the car driving from Atlanta. Riccardo and I messaged each other through VRBO and then he was able to call me and walk us through getting in the house and pointing things out as I walked around. Riccardo was very patient, answering my questions as I moved about. The home is very comfortable. My wife and I felt at home immediately. We spent our days at Turtle beach, the parking lots at Siesta Key were full the few days we were they. Turtle beach was a nice alternative and the Turtle Beach Grill is right there. We enjoyed lunch there twice. We picked up dinner on our way home and settled in for each evening. It was so relaxing. The grounds are beautiful, like walking through a tropical garden, very peaceful. The property is on a busy road, but there is a wall facing the street that blocks some of the traffic noise. For me, the traffic became part of the background and I didn’t pay it any attention. The one suggestion I would have is to put the house number on the mailbox out by the street. There are two gates to the property. One gate has the house number on it, but you have to be right in front of it to read it, which made it challenging when arriving. We missed the address on our first drive by. But that is a small detail. We hope to come back for another stay. If you’re thinking of staying here, you won’t be disappointed. Two beaches are close by and there are many restaurants within several blocks. And there are two Publix close by as well. It’s a sweet set up all around.

Excellent experience. Family came by and thought property was great and would recommend to others as I will also. Enjoyed the beach and visited antique car museum and Ringling brother’s museum. So enjoyed both places.

#### We had a grand time in Sarasota.
We stayed here for one month and loved it. This guest house is located on a busy street, but lounging out on the deck with the bubbling brook running alongside makes it tranquil. We never did meet the owners, but certainly enjoyed getting to know Ivo, our “go-to-man”. It is centrally located to just about every place you want to tour.

#### Wonderful property in Sarasota!
My husband and I spent five nights here and enjoyed every minute of it. The rental property is a carriage house, close to the owner's house but completely private. The large grounds are beautiful, with sitting areas where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. This is a one-bedroom unit, but the living spaces are so large that you will feel like you are in comfortable,well-decorated house. The kitchen will have everything you need if you are inclined to prepare full meals during your stay. You can enjoy your meals at a large dining room table or move over to the living room for the couch and tv. We definitely hope to stay here again when we have an occasion to visit Sarasota. It would be a great place for a longer stay.

#### The most relaxing property with a huge beautiful tropical garden "Paradise"
We were met by the owners Riccardo and Angie, very friendly and helpful throughout our 28 night stay, their house is far beyond the photographs, it is brilliant, the garden is 2 acres of lawns and huge tropical plants a beautiful place to relax in the sun. Ample private parking behind automatic gates, certainly a car is essential to access the many beautiful beaches and interesting places around Sarasota and Florida. This property soon feels like home, not a grey cold miserable UK home, a dream home in the sun. From 17th of December to 14th January one day of rain, 3 days cool, 24 days 24c to 29c blue sky, the only down side is leaving to return to the winter in UK. When we return to Sarasota we will certainly return to stay in Riccardo and Angie's home, 5 star "Brilliant"

#### Beautiful and relaxing property!!
Stayed in the house for a week and couldn't be happier! Pull into gated drive, walk into a very large, botanical like garden that leads to your door. Pictures don't do the property justice. The house itself was clean and fully equipped with anything you need while on vacation. Enjoyed every night relaxing in the hammock, among the cozy lighting around the patio area. Located within 10 min to siesta key, many stores, and restaurants.Will be renting again when I return to the area!!!
