    A spacious space to relax for two. Master suite with private entrance. Large bathroom (tub/shower) and french doors that open to a private patio to outdoor gardens and pool. Outdoor private dining area with seating and efficiency kitchen.
    After a day and night of exploring Sarasota and all it has to offer, come relax by the open air pool as look at the stars surrounded by lush tropical foliage. The location allows you to walk to Sarasota Bay, Selby Gardens and the South Side Village. We offer an espresso machine for you to enjoy and the birds will offer their wake up song!

    This property is NOT FOR YOU if you want to cook all your meals and live here during your entire stay. This property IS FOR YOU if want a relaxing place to return to after you explore Sarasota and attend events in the area.

Great choice!! You will love this vacation experience. The house was built with the same Italian workmanship you will find in Italy with solid walls and beautiful masonry. "Big Bed", and that's all I will tell about that subject 😎 The owner is friendly and helpful. We didn't get too much time to chat, but I'll make a point to do so when we go back. The photos are accurate, so check them out!! Pool, hot tub, all just for you. Don't wait too long😎

Sarasota and Villa Rosa did not disappoint. Villa Rosa was clean and the host amazing. We enjoyed a relaxing pool day then walked to the Bay area for good drinks and food. Everything we needed was provided which made our stay stress free which is exactly what we needed. We hope we get to go back again next year for a longer stay and check out more of the city.

The rooms were very clean, has an outside kitchette, with an electric stove, AirFryer, and a small fridge. Plates, utensils, expresso machine, plus a real coffee pot. The bed was excellent, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe!!

Our stay was the most magical 3 days. We were transformed into Europe with the beautiful architecture, pool and hot tub along with exquisite landscaping and a phenomenal host. The Villa had everything you could think of, and more!!!!! The villa was close to great restaurants and shops....easy check in and check out. Host was very accommodating and helpful! This was a beautiful place built by an authentic italian straight from Italy. I would sit on the terrace or in the hot tub and enjoy the view. He even left wine and snack in the room. Comfy large bed. Everything we needed for a great stay.

Absolutely perfect. Checks all the boxes. You feel like you have the place to yourself. Very clean and just a cool original place . Great kitchenette on the patio with plenty of fridge space. Location is great. We walked for coffee, breakfast, dinner and drinks everyday. Our host was very kind and gracious. We will not hesitate to book again.

Our stay in a charming part of Maurizio's large, roomy villa was wonderful. We felt completely private, but had help close at hand. Maurizio is a gracious and generous host. The villa is an easy drive to good restaurants, downtown, and Siesta Key. As others have written, being in the villa combines a trip to Italy with the pleasures of Sarasota.

If you are looking for a perfect place to relax with your loved one, this is the place. It is just amazing, feels like you just arrived in Italy. The whole place was built with state of the art detail inspired by Italian heritage, the room is furnished with beautiful vintage decor, the pool and jacuzzi are just outside the room and at your disposal. Private Lanai to enjoy a romantic meal facing the pool. My wife and I spent the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and it was the best choice for a romantic, private celebration. Maurizio is an excellent host, making you feel like family at home, very friendly and polite, he provides you with everything you need and even more. He gives precious advices for places to visit in Sarasota like museums, beaches and restaurants. Maurizio had a bottle of wine waiting for us at our room, among other treats, out of the kindness of his heart. A must go place, really a hidden treasure!
