    Un espace spacieux pour se détendre à deux. Suite parentale avec entrée privée. Grande salle de bain (baignoire / douche) et portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur un patio privé donnant sur les jardins extérieurs et la piscine. Salle à manger privée extérieure avec salons et cuisine efficace.
    Après une journée et une nuit passées à explorer Sarasota et tout ce qu'elle a à offrir, venez vous détendre au bord de la piscine en plein air tout en regardant les étoiles entourées d'un feuillage tropical luxuriant. Nous offrons une machine à expresso pour votre plaisir et les oiseaux offriront leur chanson de réveil!

Great choice!! You will love this vacation experience. The house was built with the same Italian workmanship you will find in Italy with solid walls and beautiful masonry. "Big Bed", and that's all I will tell about that subject 😎 The owner is friendly and helpful. We didn't get too much time to chat, but I'll make a point to do so when we go back. The photos are accurate, so check them out!! Pool, hot tub, all just for you. Don't wait too long😎

Sarasota and Villa Rosa did not disappoint. Villa Rosa was clean and the host amazing. We enjoyed a relaxing pool day then walked to the Bay area for good drinks and food. Everything we needed was provided which made our stay stress free which is exactly what we needed. We hope we get to go back again next year for a longer stay and check out more of the city.

The rooms were very clean, has an outside kitchette, with an electric stove, AirFryer, and a small fridge. Plates, utensils, expresso machine, plus a real coffee pot. The bed was excellent, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe!!

This was a beautiful place built by an authentic italian straight from Italy. I would sit on the terrace or in the hot tub and enjoy the view. He even left wine and snack in the room. Comfy large bed. Everything we needed for a great stay.

Our stay was the most magical 3 days. We were transformed into Europe with the beautiful architecture, pool and hot tub along with exquisite landscaping and a phenomenal host. The Villa had everything you could think of, and more!!!!! The villa was close to great restaurants and shops....easy check in and check out. Host was very accommodating and helpful! We will DEF be back!!! 5 stars across the board!!!!!

Absolutely perfect. Checks all the boxes. You feel like you have the place to yourself. Very clean and just a cool original place . Great kitchenette on the patio with plenty of fridge space. Location is great. We walked for coffee, breakfast, dinner and drinks everyday. Our host was very kind and gracious. We will not hesitate to book again.

What an enjoyable stay! The atmosphere and the beauty of the whole place is stunning. The Italian architecture is stunning and so enjoyable to take in. Maurizio Was a gracious host and I really enjoyed chatting with him. Highly recommend!

Our stay in a charming part of Maurizio's large, roomy villa was wonderful. We felt completely private, but had help close at hand. Maurizio is a gracious and generous host. The villa is an easy drive to good restaurants, downtown, and Siesta Key. As others have written, being in the villa combines a trip to Italy with the pleasures of Sarasota.
