The location of our duplex was on a lovely residential street as close to the beach as you can get without being beachfront and the distance to shopping and dining was an easy 10 minute walk. Indoor, the unit was very clean, quiet, simple yet tasteful, and offered the amenities necessary to have a comfortable extended stay. My only call out is that we would have liked some additional flat surfaces on which to place personal belongings in the primary bath and bedroom, but in the unit overall there was ample storage space. The gravel outdoor patio in the back was conveniently fenced-in for pets, spacious with comfortable seating, and had a wonderful gas grill. There was more space in this property than meets the eye. This rental is located so close to the beach and walking distance to amazing restaurants and really nice boutiques and shops on St. Armand’s Circle.
