Fully-stocked kitchen, comfy thick beds, wonderfully decorated & very family-friendly furniture. Chili's, Trader Joe's, Bonefish, Walt's Fish Market, Barnes & Nobles, IHOP, CineBistro, Walgreens, Rico's Pizza and more ALL within 5-10 min walking distance. Be Downtown SRQ or Siesta Beach in about 15 minutes!

Enjoy the convenience of being in the heart of paradise! This home offers close and easy access to both upscale and discount shopping, restaurants, attractions and, of course, our world renowned Sarasota beaches including #1 rated Siesta Beach!  
Comfortably sleeps 5; the master bedroom features a king-sized-bed, large flat screen TV with large built-in IKEA closet with plenty of space for an extended stay. The second bedroom has a large bunk bed with full-sized bed below and twin bed up top. The kids will love it! There is also a small desk in the living room-perfect for the working vacation :) The spacious living room has plenty of room for the whole family - it's a perfect atmosphere for a relaxing coastal retreat that features a 65" Flat Screen with streaming Xfinity cable TV and 300 Mbps WiFi. Dining room table seats 4\. The bathroom is stocked with plush towels and toilettes to get you through the first few days of your stay. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, Stove, & Keurig Coffee Maker. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and barbecue located out back with over-sized table and sun umbrella. Great location off the key that's still close enough but without the traffic. You'll really love being able to walk to so many convenient places. You won't bored here.  
  
\-Trash pick-up day is early every Wednesday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day) Bring garbage and recycle bin to street Tuesday evening.  
\-Garbage Can & Recycle bin are located along the side of the house: Blue for Plastics, Glass, Cans and Papers. We encourage our guests to do their best to sort the trash & recycle where possible.  
\-Keurig Coffee Maker provided along with ample amounts of K-Cups.  
Rental age restrictions:  
\-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.  
\-Non-Refundable pet fee of $150.00 required. (1) One Pet Max under 30lbs  
\-Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.  
\-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.  
\-This property has a maximum parking allowance of two vehicles.

Property was clean and as described on the website. VRBO had initially given us the wrong code to enter the premises but we were able to get the correct code from the host. The unit is half of a duplex, which has been well renovated, except for the original cement floor in the 2nd bathroom and bedroom. The location is close to restaurant s and shops but for us too close to a major intersection and a busy fire station:ie noisy. Unfortunately we had 2 weeks of very cold temperatures in the middle of our month long stay. Our dog enjoyed it, coming from Canada.

#### Great Location, Great Choice

Great location and close to all sorts of things to see. Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota are short drives. Really good and fun restaurants & bars near by. All your grocery needs less than 1 minute away (check our Morgan's for excellent selection). The neighborhood is in redevelopment, but this isn't something to worry about. Everyone is friendly and we walked our dog around the entire area. Mark, the owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with. It's new and still being fully equipped, but it's got pretty much all you need. We'd stay here again.

This cute duplex is decorated with the latest IKEA furniture trends with a beachy theme. Unit includes everything you will need for your stay. Think fully equipped kitchen! The master suite is spacious and located at the back end of the unit. The 2nd bedroom located at the front of the unit is perfect for children. They will love the bunk bed set up. But it can also accommodate adults, if they are not too tall or mind sleeping in the main level on cute full size bed. The property management staff are extremely helpful and respond quickly. We needed an iron and one was delivered to our door, promptly. The outdoor patio is shared with the other unit. We never saw anyone from the adjoining unit and enjoyed spending time on the patio. The washer/dryer is located in the patio area. Beach chairs are available for use and beach towels are in the unit, as well. The location is convenient for food and other shopping, short drive/Uber ride to Downtown, Beaches and St. Armand's Circle. Not the prettiest block, but once inside the unit, it is quiet and enjoyable! We hand an absolute lovely time staying here!

Pleasant stay. Close to lots of things to do. This was our first experience with a VRBO so don’t have much to compare too. I’d probably come back.

#### Home away from home

Perfect location! Close to the beaches and surrounding night life. Adorable 2bdrm 2 bath, fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed to make a meal and feel at home. The back patio was a comfy place to relax after a day at the beach or to get morning sun and drink your coffee. Would rent again!
