It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota. Just renovated, it offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a patio, equipped kitchen and cozy living room with a beautiful view on the pond. Enter the condo through the bedroom (ground floor unit, like a townhome) and you will have a nice view through the unit. \*\* THE MEADOWS GOLF: Please note, golf course is not currently open to tenants \*\* ★Living Area: Follow the hallway to the bright living room with a stunning pond and tree view. You'll feel at home with the beige L-shaped couch, cozy armchair, and a bistro table for two. A coffee table, stylish lighting, and a large TV complete the space ★Kitchen: Pods and trash bags provided to start you off. The open-plan kitchen has a modern design with a stove, microwave, oven, and fridge. ★Bedroom: Bedsheets provided.
