Close to so many fun things to do!

We loved our stay at Carlin’s house. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Carlin and her husband, Mike, were very helpful and available whenever we had questions. We were 25 minutes away from Lido Key, 25 minutes from Siesta Key, and 30 from Turtle beach. We also enjoyed the local establishments. Many of them have live music nightly. Lots of shopping close by as well. The location is in a neighborhood, which was perfect for our daily walk. We spent a month there and still have places we want to see and things we want to do. When we return to Sarasota we would definitely want to stay at their place again.

Sarasota home

Nice place, enjoyed our stay , had everything we needed. Everything looked nice clean and new . Beds were comfortably. Shower was nice and hot. We were on the go alot , but it was very nice to have a little home to come back to and relax. We had no problems getting in and owners checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything.

Great Sarasota house

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and was perfect for morning walks. My favorites were the fenced in outdoor space and the proximity to all local activities in Sarasota.

Very cute cabin

This property was exactly as pictured. Cute and clean with a fenced area for the dog as well as a sitting area with grill for the humans . Owner was friendly and accessible and texted to make sure all was well after we were in.

Central location and updated cottage

The plumbing is an issue. We had 24 hours with no toilet. We had no idea that 1 ply toilet paper was required. Other than that it was a clean and updated cottage. It was also centrally located. Close to I 75 in one direction and the beaches in the other.

Fantastic cottage to stay in when in Sarasota!

My girlfriend and I stayed in this cottage while in Sarasota visiting friends. Originally my husband was supposed to come but he ended up staying home with the dogs. We were driving from Virginia and they allowed us to check in early. When we arrived the cottage was spick and span. As an added bonus, there were sheets and towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and even some spices. The beds are comfortable as is the couch. We had everything we needed! The property manager checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and central to all things Sarasota. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

5 stars and then some!!

This property has too many things going for it to only get 5 stars. The yard was perfect for the dogs, location was close to everything, beds were comfy, great lounging furniture and huge TV to relax in the evening, and the rain shower head in the bath was perfect! We will be back!!

Delightful

I stayed with my family in this beautiful cottage. It was easy access to nearby beaches, stores and restaurants. Carlin and her husband are great host and responded immediately to the wifi issues. The fenced in backyard was a plus. We’ll definitely consider for future stays.

Secret oasis!

Really loved this gem!! We brought our two pups along and it was the perfect set up. With the backyard being fenced in and comfy, we were able to enjoy sitting out back with them nightly. With it being at the end of a road, we weren’t worried about our one yappier dog bothering neighbors! It was so comfortable and the host was great with communication and even recommended some great local restaurants! There are some heavy mosquitos at night outside, which we expect in florida, but the host even had bug spray available so we didn’t have to get any of our own. Would love to stay here again if I’m in the area!!

Well-appointed, comfortable and convenient to Nathan Benderson Park

We recently stayed at this cottage for a week while my son trained at NBP for rowing Nationals. It was very quiet and we were perfectly comfortable. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and being able to make some meals. Also being able to do laundry was a blessing when traveling with an athlete who is training twice day. Beds were comfortable, everything worked, no problem getting groceries or food delivered. Bring your own toiletries, nice linens and appliances in place. We will definitely stay again for regattas. Every question we had was answered almost immediately. I cant speak to its convenience to the beach, but for our purposes it was perfect.
