The hosts were wonderful and it's a lovely home! After several weeks of researching I chose this rental because I knew it would be secure and clean. It exceeded my expectations a lot! This is a perfect location if you want to get around everywhere in Sarasota in 20 minutes or less. You're only a couple minutes away from the intersection of Gant and Clark where you can get on and off of 75. I highly recommend! When I return to Sarasota this is the first property I will try to book! AJ and Angie, thank you for a wonderful stay!

The home is exactly as pictured, very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. It is in a great location and is near restaurants, shopping and the beach. The host always responded promptly and checked in with us to be sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. We highly recommend this beautiful home as a vacation location.

Family Vacation

We were extremely impressed and felt right at home!! AJ and Angie even had a little basket of popcorn and wine for us. When we went to the beach they had towels for us to use and a beach bag. Area was very quiet which we love! I highly recommend anyone booking with them. We will be back and book with them again.

Great stay!

Our stay was perfect. The house was clean and AJ the owner was attentive and helpful. The house was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. The location was also easy as it is right off I-75 and close to plenty of restaurants. I highly recommend this house.

Very enjoyable stay

Everything was just perfect from the first to the last day of our stay. The host AJ provided us with lots of extras: beach towels and beach chairs, golf cart, snacks, and bottle of wine. AJ was very supportive and helpful with everything, quickly responded to any requests or questions. It was our best experience renting holiday property through Vrbo ever.

Beautifull House

Beautifull House, and a helpfull owner. We stayed for 6 nights, and A.J. was verry kind and helpfull, if we need some things. The House was in verry good condition and all that we need was there. If i come back to Sarasota this House is a verry good Choise for me.
