It had all the amenities we needed, plus some nice extra touches. The hot tub, pool and entire backyard area were great bonuses. Communication with Ven was outstanding. We enjoyed the beach that was very close by, and having the grocery store in the same neighborhood made it convenient to get any last minute necessities. This is a perfect location made easier by us having a rental car, but you could easily uber everywhere you need. Although we didn’t use there is a hot tub, pool and ping pong table. The hot tub was not working while we were there temp was showing in the 80’s, made owner aware. A great value and very pleased with the stay. The house and property were clean. The beds, chairs and couches we’re comfortable, but the house is a bit dated. Notably, old carpet and old blinds which are missing parts. The neighbors back-yard were also a bit rough. The back yard heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, grill and covered patio made for awesome evenings after being at the beach all day.
