Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We never got a hold of the host. We messaged 4 times. Had to call vrbo help desk to get assistance. Not sure what happened. Vrbo was amazing refunded our money. We did have to book another accommodation which took sometime. It all turned out fine for us.
