The staff was AWESOME! And the room was always as clean as a whistle!!! One of the best things that the water pressure was fantastic! And the AC was outstanding! Ayda from housekeeping was super professional very thorough with her work and accommodating. If I ever visit Bosnia again without a doubt I'll be staying at Malak! Breakfast was great with a variety of options.

The room and overall hotel was very good. Positives, reception team, restaurant team and food was excellent. Cons, Housekeeping is not as per expected and could be better, no ironing available or iron board at the room.

We stayed in corner double room. Very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. AC was a lifesaver and room was already cool when we arrived. Tap water is purified for drinking. 10 minutes to the airport. Staff was excellent.

Upscale look and feel, which is good. Staff was nice, also a positive. Breakfast was a big disappointment, limited options and the same items every day. Very mediocre breakfast compared to Marriot and Movenpick in Sarajevo Swimming pool is nice but not heated, and not deep enough, only 1 meter at best. Location is way to far off from city center, with traffic, it can take 30-45 mins to get to city center AC is available but not controlled from within the rooms, you have to call reception to turn it ON?!?? Would not stay here again

Very good hotel, clean and hotel staff was very helpful but breakfast was limited, had to change our room middle of the night due to some bug infestation, other room had an issue with the toilet seat keeps coming off, overall good experience also the hotel charges for water bottles from the mini bar so you are aware, never had this at a 5* hotels before!!

Nice hotel, close to the airport. The room amenities were great—spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Even though checking is at 3:00pm they were kind enough to gave us early check-in.
