観光には便利
観光するには、すべて徒歩圏内にあるので、とても便利です。部屋は、清潔でとても綺麗です。ただ、到着が朝早かったので、チェックインの時間まで荷物だけ預けて観光しようと思っていましたが、ホテル自体入り口に鍵がかかっていて、レセプション自体が午前中11時ごろまで開いておらず、荷物も預けることができず困りました。入り口に電話番号は書いてありますが、海外からの客だと電話も使え無い場合があり、連絡方法にも困り、たまたま、宿泊者の方が出てこられたので、連絡をとってもらったら、結局チェックイン時間の２時以降に来てくれということでした。また、チェックインの際も、初めは名前を言っても予約が無いと言われました。スタッフの人がオーナーに電話をして、確認したらオーナーと電話をかわられ、Hotels.comで予約したと言っても予約が無いと言われ、最終的にはエクスペディアで予約したと言ったらわかってもらえたのですが、いくら払ったか？と聞かれ、どの部屋を予約したか、予約状況も把握してもらえていなかったようです。施設自体は綺麗で、観光にも便利な場所に位置していましたが、値段が高い割には、サービス面では少し配慮が足りないように感じました。
