We had a wonderful stay in North Carolina at Fern Hollow Cottage over Thanksgiving! We love Sapphire and the surrounding areas. There is so much to do and see for our family. The cottage was a fantastic place to stay and is wonderfully accommodating. Being a short-term rental owner myself, I have become fairly critical of places that we stay with our family. Fern Hollow Cottage was the nicest, cleanest, and most well-equipped property we have stayed at in recent years. It checked all of our wants and needs when searching for a mountain house and we would gladly return in the future!

Beautiful, luxurious cabin in a tranquil setting. Cabin was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, with attention to every last detail to make it the most well-equipped vacation property I think I’ve ever stayed!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. They have really paid attention to detail, the sheets are soft, all of the needed kitchen items are there, and there are even soft blankets in the living room.

Easy Peaceful Stay

Great place to stay! Kelly was great to work with and the property exceeded our expectations. Loved the nights on the deck overlooking the creek watching the fire with a nice glass of wine. Short stay this time but we hope to be back for a longer stay next time!

Amazing Cabin!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. We were only there for a short weekend for my son's wedding, but the cabin is so roomy, equipped with anything you may need. Hope to make another trip to the area in there future & would love to stay & enjoy the cabin more than we were able to on this trip.

The house and property and was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time! I wish we could have stayed another week!

Great mountain retreat.

We came for a long weekend with another family and the home was perfect. Plenty of room. Easy to get to a lot of activities and a lovely home!

The house was super nice !! I Loved the Master Suite & the deck off of the Master was Wonderful with full sectional couch & fireplace !! The River running below was the perfect touch for optimal relaxation. Would definitely stay here again !!

Mountain Weekend

We had a great time with friends and family in Sapphire. The house was fantastic with a great layout. The porch with outdoor fireplace was the best spot for a quiet morning coffee.

Quaint Mountain Cottage

Our family enjoyed several days during the Christmas holidays at Fern Hollow. Spacious living areas and comfy extras made us feel as if we were at our own home. The hosts have thought of everything needed for a cozy family retreat. We look forward to staying at Fern Hollow on our next mountain adventure.
