Guests should bring towels, bedding, and personal items. We are - PET FRIENDLY. Valet parking is available for an additional fee on-site. \*\*PET FRIENDLY:\*\* We accept 1 small pet per reservation, provided it is accustomed to relieving itself in the appropriate place. There is an additional fee of R$150.00, which must be included in the number of guests. If the pet causes damage to the furniture, a fee of R$300.00 may be charged for cleaning upholstery and carpets, ensuring a quality environment for everyone. The American-style kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric cooktop, 4 small pans, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a mini-fridge — perfect for preparing quick meals. The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, facing the sea, with 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in provided by the reception staff, a swimming pool, and a gym. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is distributed into a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony.
