Located next to the city's gastronomic hub and 4 blocks from 2 shopping malls, you can "forget" your car in the building's free parking garage. Condominium with adult and children's pools, sauna, large gym, playroom, massage room, computer room and games room. We have cribs available. pet-friendly apartment. Negotiate flexible check-out times on Sundays. We provide sheets and towels for up to 5 guests, as well as pillows, 1 comforter, and 2 blankets. We recommend bringing beach and pool towels, as well as sarongs. It is important to note that this is a privately managed apartment. Therefore, the "cleaning fee" charged on your reservation refers only to the cleaning performed upon arrival and departure from the property. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, water filter, and washing machine. We offer one free covered parking space. The apartment has screened windows, ensuring safety, especially for children, who are very welcome but require constant supervision, particularly in the recreation area.
