The apartment features one bedroom (suite) with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy a balcony with a beautiful sea view. We provide king-size sheets and towels for 2 guests. For 3 or 4 people, please bring double-size sheets (without elastic) and extra towels, as well as beach towels and a sarong. The kitchenette has a 2-burner electric cooktop, microwave, and basic utensils.

For stays up to 6 nights, there is no linen change. For stays longer than 7 nights, please request a change 48 hours in advance. Parking in the building is paid separately (R$15/day) and has valet service. The building offers 24-hour concierge service, swimming pool, gym, and self-service laundry (Bubble Box Santos). Located in the best and safest neighborhood in Santos, facing the sea, with easy access to the beach and other services.

**PET FRIENDLY:** We accept 1 small pet per reservation, provided it is accustomed to relieving itself in the appropriate place.

There is an additional fee of R$150.00, which must be included in the number of guests.

If the pet causes damage to the furniture, a fee of R$300.00 may be charged for cleaning upholstery and carpets, ensuring a quality environment for everyone.

Important: Dogs that bark or become agitated in the absence of their owners should not be left alone in the apartment. We hope you and your pet enjoy your stay!

All essential information for your stay — such as address, passwords, and instructions — will be provided there. Check-out is at 11 AM, but you can negotiate a late checkout in advance.
