The house is located in the old village of Vourvoulos, which offers an ideal location (Airport: 10 min, Thira: 7 min, Oia: 15 min). You can easily walk down to the beach (15 min), but good luck getting back up 😉<br>The property is a traditional Greek house on multiple levels.<br> On the first floor, you’ll find a large, air-conditioned living room and a half-bath. <br>The kitchen is fully equipped and open-concept (refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, teapot, and toaster). There’s a table with 6 chairs, a sitting area with a TV (cable + Wi-Fi), and a high-quality sofa bed. This spacious living area opens onto the large terrace, which is the focal point of the house. <br>A large table, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a breathtaking view of the sea. <br>On level +1, there is a loft with two single beds (ideal for children)<br>On the -1 level, there is a bathroom with a tub and toilet, as well as two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has air conditioning. You’ll also find the washing machine on the terrace on this level.
