Daphne combines the traditional architecture with minimal and contemporary design and from there you can enjoy fantastic views over the cliff, the village, the beautiful sunset and the volcano, all at the same time. There is an infinity outdoors Jacuzzi plunge pool for 6 persons available on the courtyard with fabulous views to the sea, the caldera and the village of Oia. Daphne combines the traditional architecture with minimal and contemporary design and from there you can enjoy fantastic views over the cliff, the village, the beautiful sunset and the volcano, all at the same time. There is an infinity outdoors Jacuzzi plunge pool for 6 persons available on the courtyard with fabulous views to the sea, the caldera and the village of Oia. This lovely house is 180 sq. m. and it consists of three levels (main, upper and lower) united in one lodging suitable for couples, a big family or group of friends. THE MAIN HOUSE- WHITE RESIDENCE It consists of two levels: On the upper level there is a large traditional cave house furnished with antiques. It consists of a luxury master bedroom with double bed, en suite vanity marble bathroom curved into the rock with Jacuzzi bathtub, a living room with built sofas and an antique wooden table, a separate dining area with an antique massive wooden table, a sitting corner and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. From the living area a few stairs lead to an attic room with double sofa-bed and window with fantastic sea views. On the lower level of the White Residence, there are a small living area, a kitchenette, a WC with shower and a bedroom with a queen size bed that can separate in two singles if requested and double bed nested in the window of the cave. The cave atmosphere of this lower level gives a special and romantic atmosphere. UPPER LEVEL APPARTMENT- WHITE LOFT The White Loft – is the upper floor apartment that is connected to the rest of Casa Daphne through interior stairs. It can be accessed separately as it has separate entrance. It consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a full bathroom with shower and a wooden loft bedroom which really gives the idea of flying over the wonderful village of Oia. The loft has windows in the front and in the ceiling where you can see the stars and the moon from your bed using the ceiling windows or watch the sea and the village from the front windows. Situated on the highest altitude point of the village it can offer unforgettable views and unique memories. There is also a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the volcano. The facilities include A/C, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, hairdryer, telephone, Wi – Fi and safety boxes. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooking stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and all kitchenware. In the main courtyard there is an outdoors sitting and dining area, an infinity Jacuzzi plunge pool with amazing volcano views and a thick mattress for sunbathing. All outdoors areas offer amazing views of the sea, the sunset and the volcano. Neighborhood and transport: Casa Daphne is a unique property located on the highest point of Oia village in Perivolas area, in a very convenient position, since it is only 500 meters from Oia center and just outside the property there is a parking area, the bus stop, markets and restaurants. Rental Rules: Rates are for 6 people. Extra person charge: € 70 per person, per day. Minimum stay: 3 nights Check-in: 14:00 Checkout: 10:00 A refundable deposit of € 1.000 is required upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property. The rates include daily maid service except Sundays, (change of towels daily, change of sheets every 3rd day), meet and greet upon arrival and taxes. Parking is conveniently located near the property. The rental is essentially 3 different apartments on 3 different floors, so everyone can have their own space and bathrooms.
