It has 2 master bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ( can be changed to a double bed on prior notice), a living room with 1 sofa double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Balcony and Terrace with Caldera/Volcano view and a heated Jacuzzi. The house has also a garage for 2 cars, air-conditioning and central heating, Wi-Fi and a Flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix. There were two beautiful decks, one with a hot tub that fit all four of us, and was set at 37, which was perfect for a prolonged soak and watching the stars. The lower deck was excellent for playing cards and drinking wine as well. The rooms were spacious, And an easily accommodated the four of us without any difficulties. There was a spare room with two twin beds we didn’t use, but it looked fine for children. Very helpful with suggestions for things to do and showed us around the house. House has beautiful views and really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Dave even had complimentary food/coffee which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend this property. Driveway is fairly steep, but you do get used to it. Our first time in Santorini and the Admiral’s House was the perfect location for us! The views are absolutely spectacular from two decks. The hot tub was a nice retreat at the end of a long day of walking. The house was clean and beautiful. We loved the location of Akrotiri - it was nice to stay in a more low key location and then venture into the more larger and more crowded towns during the day. Communication with the owners was great the whole way through, and having Dave to welcome us and give us a lay of the land was so helpful at the beginning and throughout our stay. ##### Lisa C.
