Amazing Location with Outstanding Views: The Villa is positioned in an amazing location so it is strongly suggested you pack your binoculars, the Sensational Picturesque Views from the terraces allow you to look out over the bay towards the islands of La Gomera and La Palma which you can see during your holiday. The most important view is certainly the cliff's of Los Gigantes which are completley awe inspiring and considering our Villa is postioned directly next to the cliff's you will have your own private viewing 24 hours a day. The marina is situated below the Villa affording you fantistic views of the small boats and fishing vessels leaving & entering the Marina. Look just outside the Marina and if you are lucky you will see bottlenose dolphins, spotted dolphins and common dolphins surfacing in the clear blue waters of the bay & if you are very fortunate you can even see long finned pilot whales, these animals are amazing & are well worth looking out for whilst you are relaxing and sunbathing on the Villa Terraces. The villa accommodated our multi-family group well, and we enjoyed family meals with the spectacular views and sunsets on the amazing patio together. We were able to easily make it more "littles-safe" with a couple of baby gates for the stairs. Prior to our arrival, our inquiries were answered promptly. It was so well equipped and had everything you needed. Home from home. The views were as before spectacular…!Being 6 years older, the Villa is now starting to show its age, (bit like me) in parts and could probably do with a bit of a refresh here and there but this is a minor observation.The only other real noticeable change since our last visit and niggle were signs everywhere telling you not to do this or that. Perhaps the owners have had some problematic rentals in the past which has lead to this decision? The Villa was perfect for 8 people. The outside area are big, cosy and with a breathtaking view I could just sit there and watch the ocean and the big cliffs “Los Gigantes” all day long. We have just had a wonderful week staying here. The location is very peaceful with amazing views and sunsets. Villa well equipped and clean. Nice outdoor space with a lovely dining area to enjoy the sunsets. One negative in the master bedroom en-suite is the sink plugs do not seal so you can’t fill the sinks up with water. The location of the villa is perfect for views. The villa is at the top of a hill so it takes about 15mins to walk down to town but bear in mind it’s all uphill on the way back. We specifically chose the villa for the views as i have mobility issues and not able to get out every day and we wasn't disappointed. The town and shops are a short but steep walk away for my sons but id hired a car so used to drive down and park on the harbour with very reasonable rates.It was lovely to have the pool to cool down after soaking up the sun and taking in the stunning views and watching the goats on the cliffs. There are also some stunning walks over the tops of the cliffs which my sons did and some great natural pools to swim and snorkel in , in the many little coves scaterd close by. Los Gigantes is a very quiet town but with everything you need for a great holiday. Hopefully we will be back next year..Dave & Family wasn't disappointed ##### david b. The kids loved the swimming pool, we all appreciated the stunning views and I certainly improved my stamina as I was running every morning in the area. The hill is indeed very steep but as others have mentioned, this makes it very easy to get into the centre of Los Gigantes and a taxi to the villa only sets you back about 5 EUR. The villa is well equipped and there is fast fiber internet and tons of TV channels. For the most part, the area is quiet, although some construction was taking place in the neighbourhood but it was only noticeably noisy one day during our stay. There are many bars and restaurants in the area and transportation is relatively cheap. We did not rent a car and I did not regret it as parking can be an issue.
