Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, tranquility, and a sea breeze, this home was created to unwind, breathe deeply, and enjoy every moment in serenity. This exclusive finca was completely renovated and refurbished in 2025, bringing it to the highest technical and aesthetic standards. It offers four spacious and lovingly decorated bedrooms, each featuring comfortable box-spring or upholstered beds made from natural materials, built-in wardrobes, and air conditioning. There are three fully equipped bathrooms. One of them is an en-suite connected directly to the master bedroom. This bathroom, along with the other two stylish ones, features high-quality fittings, LED mirrors, hairdryers, rainfall showers, and handcrafted Mallorcan terrazzo sinks. The new, fully equipped kitchen includes high-end SMEG appliances, individual spacious refrigerators and freezers, and an elegant stone countertop – perfect for culinary experiences. The heart of the house is the open-plan living and dining area, with a large lounge sofa and a TV with international channels. Large windows let in natural light and Mediterranean air, while handcrafted decorations, natural materials, and light wood furniture create a harmonious and cozy atmosphere. The house offers plenty of space and comfort for families and groups of friends. A powerful fiber-optic internet connection is available throughout the finca. The building is well-insulated, ensuring pleasant indoor temperatures and energy efficiency. The heating system, installed throughout the house, adds to the cozy atmosphere even in autumn and winter.
