Located in Cala Santanyí, Santanyí, Can Ferrando is a spacious 240 m² estate accommodating up to 8 guests, including babies and children, as the property cannot host more people. It features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. You'll find high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the bedrooms, central heating throughout, TV, and a washing machine. Families with children benefit from a cot, high chair, and a step-free interior design.  
  
Step out onto your private terraces, both covered and open, and enjoy beautiful sea views. The private outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor shower adds comfort by the pool. You can also stroll through the shared garden area during your stay.  
  
The property offers 3 shared parking spaces on the premises. Beach towels are provided, and a shared barbecue is available. Self check-in makes your arrival easy. Events are not permitted.  
  
For bookings longer than one week, a free change of sheets and towels is included. Fresh towels and sheets are always available upon request; you don't need to wash anything, as dirty laundry will be collected.  
  
From May to April, the minimum stay is 7 nights with check-in and check-out on Thursdays. The rest of the year, the minimum stay is 4 nights, with check-in and check-out any day of the week.
