The uncomfortable thing is that there is no a/c system in the room, and it’s really hard to sleep with the bugs and mosquitoes that gets into the room. Although it’s hotel that promote wellness, choosing a/c should be the customer choose. The service was outstanding, the view was amazing, and the food was delicious. The staff bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I had some spa treatments, which were fabulous, and the morning and evening yoga sessions were enjoyable, too. The design of the hotel is incredible. It's simple and unpretentious but elegant. Design-wise, it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen. The service was impeccable and the staff went out of their way to create bespoke menus for us and to look after us during the entire stay. Nothing was too much for them and they really have been trained exceptionally. All the rooms have wonderful views and allow you to soak in the nature and the unbeatable views. It is a great place to relax although not a fantastic base for sight seeing. The setting and views are incredible, rooms are very modern and minimalist in style. The Mountain View rooms are so worth it with lovely balconies for the amazing views. Restaurant is great all round and the spa is totally unique. If you want to unplug and chill out this is one of the most relaxing hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Just don’t waste your stay here by going off the resort!!!
