The uncomfortable thing is that there is no a/c system in the room, and it’s really hard to sleep with the bugs and mosquitoes that gets into the room. Although it’s hotel that promote wellness, choosing a/c should be the customer choose. This place is truly a miracle. The resort is an integral part of the nature on the top of the hill. The air, the sound of the nature makes it an ideal place to stay for 1 day or for a year. The manager is clearly very hands on and staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent as well. The yoga teacher is very experienced and attentive. It’s rare to find so many things be up to such a good standard in one hotel. I must say the punctuality and service at the spa was not the best, although the rituals and therapists are incredible. The service was impeccable and the staff went out of their way to create bespoke menus for us and to look after us during the entire stay. Nothing was too much for them and they really have been trained exceptionally. All the rooms have wonderful views and allow you to soak in the nature and the unbeatable views. It is a great place to relax although not a fantastic base for sight seeing. The setting and views are incredible, rooms are very modern and minimalist in style. The Mountain View rooms are so worth it with lovely balconies for the amazing views. Restaurant is great all round and the spa is totally unique. If you want to unplug and chill out this is one of the most relaxing hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Just don’t waste your stay here by going off the resort!!!
