Santa Teresa Vacation Packages

The understanding was that it was going to be a regular hotel. Like daily housekeeping change of towels etc but to get that we had to ask we asked for the linens to be changed but did not expect that we were going to change them ourselves I don’t give bad ratings but this was a first for us we stayed for 4 nights and there was no housekeeping at all.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of downtown El Paso. Across the board fantastic.

Nice and comfortable for our family of 5. We had the 2-bedroom suite. There were some signs of wear. The little security slider on the door was broken. Like it had been kicked in. One of the bathroom doorknob came off. Very minor stuff. We only stayed one night as this was our halfway point heading back to L.A. In comparison, we spent 3- nights at Homewood Suites in Ft. Worth-Dallas area. Also a 2-bedroom suite. Homewood was noticeably more modern. The main living area/kitchen/dining area was much bigger at Homewoood but the bedrooms were tight. Staybridge traded the smaller living area for bigger rooms.

Llegamos y la habitación no me dejó a gusto por estar cerca de la entrada, aunque fue error nuestro x pedir una habitación con facilidades para discapacitado q no necesitamos, al otro día sin problema nos cambiaron de habitación muy amablemente, estuvimos muy a gusto el hotel como siempre la cadena es confortable, limpio y el personal muy amable.
