Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went as a family of four (two kids under the age 8). The property was just as described! We felt like there was more than enough space to spread out and find a spot to spend time. We enjoyed that the pool was right behind us, this made it so nice. The landscaping and area of the houses was well maintained. We were in walking distance of the public access for the beach, restaurant, and also a rental place (we didn’t stop in but they have golf carts; beach gear), we were a short golf cart ride away from blue mountain creamery, blue mountain bakery, gulf place restaurants, and about an 8 minute golf cart ride to seaside. I will say that there aren’t any beach supplies in the house (eg chairs, umbrellas, beach toys) so keep in mind when packing! We were so happy with everything! Oversee made it so easy. Convenient location to stores , restaurants & beach access. Kitchen was useful as was having a full size washer & dryer . AC worked well . Wine down was perfectly decorated and created a relaxing , quaint environment for us to enjoy our mornings & evenings as we spent more time inside than we would have liked , due to rain .
