Like others that stayed here, we also enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened-in porch. We didn’t cook a lot but found most everything needed. The can opener was a little unusual so not sure if it works or I just didn’t know how to work it. The grill is a gas grill, not charcoal as listed, and only one side worked. It was also pretty dirty so it would be nice if it got a good cleaning for the next guest that wants to grill out. The location is quiet, safe, and convenient to everything. We enjoyed the bikes and rented a golf cart. The bikes are provided by VacayZen and they were very responsive when we had a bike with issues, i.e., chain kept coming off. There are TWO pools and a tennis/pickle ball court for use and all are in great shape and very nice. We also loved the gravel sidewalks on both sides of the street and walking paths in the center of the first circle of the neighborhood where we walked our dog. Each swimming pool had a doggie bag and trash can station for their poop. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. ##### Ann E. The rooms were very nicely kept and the whole house felt roomy even with 8 people in the house. The wrap around porch made for a perfect spot to enjoy the weather. With out preschooler it was a 3 minute walk to the community pool and 6 minutes to the beach. So convenient! Plus the house was cute and clean and met all of our needs. ##### Roxana H. Aug 11, 2017 #### Clean and close to the beach This was a great house for our family of four. It was close enough to the beach for our two little ones (5 and 3) to walk. The house was very comfortable and clean. When we weren't at the beach, the kids loved the bunk beds, the games and the access to Netflix. There were a couple of restaurants that we could walk to and many just a short drive away. The Publix grocery store is close by too and the center of Seaside is just a mile away. In short we would highly recommend and will likely go back next year. ##### Jason B. Jul 12, 2017 #### Convenient location in quiet neighborhood Pleasantly surprised with this adorable cottage when we arrived. Located within about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and is conveniently close to Seaside shops and restaurants. Beach access was directly across the street of the neighborhood and the beach area was much less crowded than nearby Seaside and Seacrest. The house fit our family of 5 comfortably and had all the necessary conveniences of home. The porch was lovely and location to neighborhood pools was also convenient.
