The Space:

Soft coastal breezes and the steady rhythm of beach days shape your stay in Santa Rosa Beach, where mornings begin with easy walks toward the shoreline and afternoons flow between pool time and nearby coastal spots. Evenings slow naturally, with space to gather under covered outdoor areas as the neighborhood settles into a relaxed pace. The setting encourages connection while still offering room to unwind.



The home

This entire home in Santa Rosa Beach accommodates up to 15 guests across five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Remodeled and thoughtfully laid out, the home supports group stays with multiple living areas, reliable WiFi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a dedicated workspace. Long-term stays are allowed, making the space suitable for extended visits as well as shorter beach getaways.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features four king suites and one queen bedroom, along with additional sleeping options to accommodate the full guest count. On the first floor, you’ll find King Suite 1 with an en-suite bathroom, King Suite 2 with a twin bed and en-suite bathroom, and an entertainment room with a queen sofa bed. The second floor includes a living room with a pullout bed, King Suite 3 with an en-suite bathroom, King Suite 4 with access to a hall bathroom, and a queen bedroom. Bed types and sizes are listed exactly as provided to help you plan comfortably.



Outdoor living and pool

Outdoor spaces are designed for laid-back coastal living, with a pool, patio or balcony, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill for shared meals. Pool heat is seasonal and available by request from October through May, with a nightly fee applying. Covered outdoor areas offer comfortable spots to gather throughout the day.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen supports everything from simple breakfasts to group dinners, with space to prepare and enjoy meals together. A dining table anchors the space, while in-home laundry helps keep longer stays comfortable and convenient.



Beach access and getting around

Beach access is a short three-minute walk away, making it easy to head out whenever the mood strikes. Beach essentials are provided for your use. A golf cart is available with an e-sign waiver required, and golf cart rental is optional. Free parking on premises and a private entrance make arrivals and daily outings simple.



Family-friendly features

Families and larger groups will appreciate the multiple living areas, pack ’n play or travel crib, and a layout that balances shared spaces with private bedrooms.

Located in South Walton County along Florida’s Northwest Coast, Santa Rosa Beach sits just east of Destin and is one of the original communities along 30A. The area offers public beach access, nearby state parks, local restaurants, shops, and seasonal festivals, all within easy reach.



The home is pet-friendly, with a fee applying per pet. Events are available with a fee applying. Self check-in with a smart lock and standard safety features support a smooth and comfortable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was great, we loved the location, the outdoor space was very nice and spacious. We really enjoyed the layout of the house. We liked that there were 2 living spaces upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was pretty well maintained and the service was top notch. The management replied promptly and had someone at the property within minutes to change the timer on the pool lights so we weren’t swimming in the dark. I thought the property had 4 King beds so I was a little disappointed in that and the outdoor furniture wasn’t as nice as in the pictures, but otherwise the property was great. The golf cart really made the trek to the beach much easier. My whole crew said they’d stay here again!

The property is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for 13 people which is what we had. Everyone was comfortable and felt like they had plenty of space. The outdoor outdoor space is very nice! Close to the beach. I wish there was more of a kitchen on the first floor, even if it were an outdoor kitchen.

This house was great for our family vacation . The pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy and the adults as well. Plenty of space inside the house for everyone to have their own quiet time when needed. No golf cart was the only negative about the property.

Amazing Pool Area

We loved this house and will probably rent it again in the future. The backyard was our favorite spot for hanging out in and around the pool with lots of outdoor loungers. The kids loved that the lights changed in the pool and the adults enjoyed the globe lights around the fence and pergola. It was a very enjoyable stay.

My daughter was married in Santa Rosa beach and we had the privilege of staying in this lovely home. Everything was wonderful and there was plenty of room for us and it was very comfortable. We would stay here again, the only issue was the coffee maker in the kitchen wasn't great. The one downstairs was wonderful! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great pool, 2 living spaces, ad location was misleading & only had safe, operable golf cart 2.5 days

The pool is great, the house has 2 living spaces & a separate ice maker downstairs which should be advertised as a nice amenity. The house comes with 2 beach chairs & a boogie board, has a nice setup & has been remodeled. Some parts of the home had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The property manager Ray was professional & fairly quick to communicate. Overall we had a good time but were disappointed by a few issues that the property management company didn’t offer to compensate us for. I will only list the top 2. The property location was a major selling point which was why we stayed here. The house in the VRBO ad showed the property was South of 30A, with only one street between it & the beach. Turns out the house is actually North of 30A & is 4 streets away from the beach. After a couple of back & forths with the property management company I sent a screenshot of the map from their ad & they acknowledged the mistake. The inclusion of a golf cart was the 2nd major selling point, but it had alignment problems that made it unsafe to drive (almost took us into oncoming traffic), had no mirrors, had electrical problems (head lights sporadically worked & eventually the battery died), and it had no rear passenger safety rail. Despite bringing this to the attention of the property management company we didn’t get a replacement until midday of our 5th of 7 day stay. They should have compensated us for their misleading ad & failure to provide operable golf cart.
