  • Escape to this stunning, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in the heart of Point Washington. Little Canal is the perfect getaway that combines a beach vacation and a wellness retreat. With it's modern tranquil flair, after a day at the beach or in lieu of the beach, unwind in our Sauna, dip into the Cold Plunge, relax in the Hot Tub or take a dive into the Pool. We also have free weights, a media area, dining area and grill all within our large, landscaped backyard. The interior offers the perfect blend of serenity and comfort, an ideal setting for family vacation, corporate retreats and friendcations. The spacious quarter-acre lot provides plenty of parking for guests. Little Canal is just minutes from the beach, the Intracoastal, restaurants, shopping and activities along 30A.

    Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

    Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

This place was honestly such a wonderful stay. It was incredibly comfortable, cozy, modern, and spotless, with plenty of space for everyone. Every part of the house felt thoughtfully designed, and it genuinely felt like an experience rather than just a place to stay.The amenities were definitely the highlight for us. There was a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and cold plunge - I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a rental with that many different amenities all in one place. I’ve always dreamed of having a sauna and cold plunge together, and this is actually the first rental I’ve come across that had both. We absolutely loved being able to use them together.Everything was also very easy to use because there were clear, detailed instructions for everything, which made the whole stay feel effortless. More than anything, the house felt like a true stress reliever. It was one of those rare places where you can actually slow down, relax, and enjoy being there instead of worrying about anything.We really loved our stay and would absolutely come back!
