Surrounded by a charming white picket fence that evokes elegant Southern vibes, this sprawling compound has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, multiple living areas, lots of outdoor lounging spots, and sleeping space for 13 of your friends and family. The exterior of the main house boasts classic vintage details, but once inside you’ll enjoy the comfort of the wide open, modern, and updated interior. The first floor has a luxe living area with comfy sofas and a large HDTV, all accented with soothing blue tones that mirror the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico that’s right around the corner from your front door. The dining space is illuminated with a chandelier made from seashells and opens into the bright, contemporary kitchen. With crisp white cabinets, glossy marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances, this welcoming space is filled with all of the amenities that make your family’s stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. Climb one flight of stairs and you’ll find three bedrooms, each with plenty of privacy. The first guest bedroom features a sumptuous king-size bed. In the next bedroom, there’s a cool “Captain’s bunk” with a twin-over-full-size bunk bed and another full-size bed with access to a sun-kissed shared balcony. The third bedroom is a gorgeous guest suite with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Another full bathroom can be accessed from the hallway.
