Overlooking a peaceful pond and surrounded by the beauty of Santa Rosa Beach, this cozy retreat offers the best of both worlds—tranquility and adventure! We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and leave it as you found it. If anything is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, a charge may apply. Linens that are excessively stained or destroyed will also be subject to replacement fees. Please note: If the pool key is lost, there is a $50 replacement fee — so be sure to return it to its designated spot before checkout. Quite Hours 10pm-8am No Smoking No Pets No over night street parking. (overnight street parking parking pass will be provided upon request) Guests who violate smoking and pet policy will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. The home was spacious, clean and truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids especially enjoyed swimming in the quiet neighborhood pool and spending time at the nearby public beaches. The peaceful neighborhood made it easy for all of us to relax. It was also convenient to have quick access to grocery stores, restaurants and local attractions.
