The home was very clean and had plenty of room. Having 4 bathrooms is always a plus. Everything we needed was ready for us. My sister also had a home on the same street and it was just as awesome. The pool is beautiful. We were contacted by text and email multiple times to make sure we were doing well. You can walk a very short distance to a shuttle to get you to the beach in about 3 minutes . Unfortunately the furniture was old/poor quality. Mattresses need to be replaced. I saw pieces of foam in the closet that they must be using to make the beds firm🙈. It was perfect for our group of 7 from AZ, AK and NC. It’s close to the beach, state park and awesome restaurants. The bikes included were fun and came in handy everyday of our stay. If you have kids note that helmets are not provided and FL requires kids under 16 to wear them. Upon arrival we noticed that one shower had sand in it and later realized that the drain was clogged. It was repaired the next day but it was still disappointing since there is a substantial cleaning fee. Kitchen essentials like sugar, salt, pepper, coffee filters etc are not provided. It’s in the listing, we missed it. It’s inconvenient for travelers coming from far off places. All in all we had a great vacation in beautiful Grayton Beach. ##### Maria C.
