INC. GOLF CART+4 BIKES Welcome to Shore is Nice! A spacious and conveniently located house in the highly sought after neighborhood of Watercolor in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This charming and chic five bedroom home, located in the Crossings District of Watercolor, is perfect for large families or groups to enjoy all Watercolor has to offer. Located directly on a serene pocket park and close to the Dragonfly Pool, this home is Shore to love! The open floorplan on the main level features a galley kitchen with stainless steel appliances and polished countertops. The adjacent dining area includes seating for 8 with nearby breakfast bar seating for 3\. The cozy main living room features a plush sectional sofa, flat screen TV, and entrance to the screened in porch overlooking the gorgeous green space. A laundry room with HE washer and dryer, office nook with built in desk and chair, as well as a powder room completes the main living areas. There is a gas grill conveniently located on the deck right outside the door. With three king master suites and two additional bedrooms with bunk beds, there is plenty of space for everyone in your group. The second floor king master suite includes a private balcony overlooking the pocket park and features comfortable seating. An expansive centrally located bedroom suite with dual twin bunks shares a spacious hall bath with the additional bedroom with a set of built-in twin bunk beds. You’ll find another king master suite nestled at the opposite end of the hall, providing even more room to enjoy. A secondary living room greets you at the top of the stairs and includes a queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV – perfect for extra guests! A conveniently located gas grill is available outside the door for at-home barbecue, and plenty of cooking amenities can be found inside the kitchen for those who desire to make most meals in the house. A full-sized crib is available for rental upon request, for an additional $100 added to the stay. The home is equipped with UV light sanitation in its air ducts, as well as 4-carbon filter HEPA air purifiers inside the rooms for improved air quality during your visit. This home adheres to a very strict NON SMOKING/ NO PET policy to ensure a comfortable stay for even those with the most sensitive allergies. The home is carpet-free, and uses hypoallergenic organic chemicals for cleaning and washing of all the linens to prevent any unexpected irritations while on vacation. The check in could have been easier if we hadn't needed to go to camp water color for a needless check in- 10 previous stays went directly to home which is much easier. Check in guy, Josh, not friendly nor helpful and didn't have our info. We did not get info until 24 hours before check in and then they needed so much info for golf cart and we were all in transit by that time, so it added a lot of stress. Previous 10 stays that was taken care of weeks in advance. Home was nice though kitchen did not have much cookware, silverware or glasses. (ie: only serving spoons), pillows on back porch were stained and moldy and first floor master bed/mattress needs to be replaced. Easy fixes to make it so perfect! Golf cart and bikes are a big plus at this location. The communication with owner ahead of visit was outstanding! ##### Deb S. There was plenty of room and better yet, plenty of bathrooms. Once we got to the house, it was open so that startled us a bit. There was a repair man inside but after calling the host, all was ok. We had a couple of minor problems with the dryer acting up and cleaning crew being late, but the owner handled the issues promptly with fantastic communication so that it didn’t hinder our vacation. The porches and living spaces are nice and provided plenty of room for us to hang out. The passes to all of the Watercolor amenities made it so easy to enjoy the beach and the pool. The one thing everyone forgot was shampoo/conditioner and soap for the shower. It was no big deal that there wasn't any at the house, but just remember to bring your own! ##### Marjorie R.
