  • A 4-bedroom, 4-bath home that sleeps 12 (Ocean Park) and a neighboring 4-bedroom, 4-bath home that sleeps 8 (Sea Echo), are located in the heart of Seagrove Beach in the beautiful and serine SeaNest Village community. This quaint, gated community backs up to a state forest, and is located just a short 5-minute walk from the gorgeous, white-sanded beaches.

    You can step out the back of both of these beach homes and explore the beauty while hiking on the nature trails and boardwalks thru the Cypress forest. With these, you will find wonderful amenities like a shared community pool, private commercial outdoor grill, and fire pit for late night enjoyment.

    Exit out the neighborhood to 30A and cross the street to the bike path. Walk towards the right and you will see the gate at Sea Turtle Dr for your deeded beach access, utilizing the one security fob provided at the home.

    SeaNest Village is a gated community directly off 30A. This quaint neighborhood offers peace and privacy. The subdivision is bordered by Point Washington State Forest to the north. The community pool is breathtaking with its waterfall edge and cool blue tile. There is plenty of room to splash around on both levels. Relax on a lounger or at one of the cocktail tables. Head up to the observation deck to catch a great sunset.

    Your stay at Sea Echo + Ocean Park comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

    An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Christmas Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Sea Echo + Ocean Park.Everything was in great shape. The only thing I can think of was not enough pots and pans, skillets in Ocean Park. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Happy and not happy at the same time

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at this property and I have to say it didn’t start off well. One week before my trip I call Vacayzen to use my $350 credit only to find out that benchmark no longer uses them. I called benchmark about the issue and they stated it’s a free service that they did provide and now they no longer do. Basically there was nothing that they could do. I asked to talk to a manager and the rep said “they are just going to tell you the same thing”. That alone got me heated but I kept my cool and pleaded that they should be able to credit me or let me out of my rental agreement since the terms were not what I agreed to. The rep laughed and said “ does that make business sense” I nearly lost it. $350 is a lot of money and it was one of the big reasons I rented this house. I was renting 8 bikes and that money would help a great deal. Again I ask for a manager and the rep said they would take my information and pass it on and promised I would receive a call back that same day. Of course no call . Not even a call the next day. I had to call in another day later and talked to a new rep. This one was more understanding and professional. I told my issue and she contacted management and gave me a credit of $325. Not what I was promised but at this point my vacation is a couple days away let’s just get it done. I ended up calling vacayzen to rent bikes and they heard my story and only charged me 325 for all 8 bikes, which was amazing. They were the bright side of this story. As for the place the bathrooms were still dirty and towels hade stains on them. I called in and complained and since it was after hours they said they would send someone in the morning to correct. Of course no one I bought my own towels from Walmart 30 minutes away. I didn’t even want to talk to benchmark. For my stay the house location and beach access were great. However, as we cook a lot, wished the kitchens were equipped with more and better pots and pans and utensils. Also, wi-fi was intermittent in one of the houses. But, overall, a good experience. A/C and tv worked great, always a plus.

Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Sea Echo + Ocean Park for a big family vacation and had a great time! The homes were both beautiful and in great condition. The location was perfect wth private beach access right across the street. The pool was never busy and there was plenty of room for our large family. The green belt behind the homes made a great view for morning coffee on the patio. We were a quick bike ride from Seaside and a short 5 minute drive to The Big Chill. We only had one issue with the dishwasher in one house, but Kelsey and her guest relations team were on top of it before we arrived for check in and had it repaired quickly. Overall great homes, great location, and another great trip to 30A.

We arrived on Friday for our 3-night stay at which time we encountered multiple issues with both properties. The exhaustive list includes the following -An ice maker that didn’t work for which we were told there were ice trays left in the freezer however we could not open the freezer drawer -A broken toaster with wires sticking out on the stove -Dead roaches/water bugs throughout the homes -Leaking bathroom sink faucets -Filthy, old linens on some of the beds (sheets were no longer white, appeared dirty with visible stains, some beds made with sheets inside out) -Extremely old, worn pillows -Completely rusted beach wagon -TV’s not working as intended and remotes (not in proper location) yes we were at the beach but it was also a kick off to college football. Thankfully we brought Lysol and cleaning products with us because the “high touch area cleaning” and thoroughly cleaning in general could not have taken place. We questioned if the linens on the beds had even been washed and changed prior to our arrival. We placed several calls upon our discovery of these myriad of issues to which the answering service stated we would receive a call back that evening and someone would be out to address the issues that night. We didn’t hear from anyone that night or the next morning so we had to take time out of our vacation to drive to the property management office to make our formal complaints. During the interim and due to the lack of response from the property management company, we were forced to proceed with purchasing bags of ice, sheets, pillows and pillow case, and blankets because we didn’t feel comfortable using most of what was provided. The repair man came out on Saturday and tried his best to fix some of the issues but several were beyond the scope of what he could do at the time. Needless to say, we had the worst vacation stay in the 30A area ever. We vacation frequently in Seacrest, Destin, and St. Simon Island and rent several houses some of them repeatedly and have NEVER ENCOUNTERED the issues we faced with these two properties. I’m frankly disgusted and appalled that we have yet to hear back from VRBO or the property management company despite our complaints and subsequent email following our stay outlining this horrible experience.

Homes Decent/Management Company's Responsiveness Nose-dived

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process started out great. the management company was exceedingly friendly, accommodating and responsive. It is my understanding that the original company merged with another. How unfortunate. I was met with rude, unresponsive, accusatory customer service. Unfortunately one person can ruin an experience. There are serious issues with the codes for these properties--to the point that it would be comical if not so bad. The code to drive into the community did not work. The codes for the gates to walk in and out of the property did not work. The code or the gate to get to the beach did not work. The codes for the doors to the houses worked, then didn't work. Even after being threatened for going in the wrong house the first night (because the code we were given worked on the wrong house) and told we had 15 minutes to go in and get our stuff out, the cod still didn't work. We had to call the management company so many times it was ridiculous. The houses were in pretty good shape otherwise. The could be stocked slightly better--broken can opener in one/no can opener in the other. One house had a significant leak in the garage that we discovered toward the end of our stay. We tried to convey this information to the property management company, but they did not return our calls. We had to leave early due to Covid-19. We called the management company. They never returned our calls. I understand they may have be receiving numerous calls, but we left before it got bad, yet they did not call. We just received this survey. Very disappointed in the end experience, given how pleasant the originating experience was. I would recommend the properties to a friend, even though they are not on the beach, the private beach access is nice--and less crowded. However, I absolutely recommend that someone should ensure the codes are correct and be prepared for hit or miss with good customer service from the property management company.
