Also this property is dog friendly!! Just a couple of suggestions to make the stay perfect. 1.) upstairs shower need some tender loving care to clean up some mold issues. 2.) Would recommend owners providing beach chairs as the beach is a bit of a walk from the house. We did rent beach chairs at the beach which was helpful! 3.) Wold recommend owners provide bikes as this would be helpful going to the beach! All in all this is a great property and I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Greyton Beach Fl. Other than ongoing construction on the street, everything was quite enjoyable. The house was clean and well kept. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and using the grill on a couple of occasions. The proximity to beach (.25 mile) was solid and made for a nice walk or quick bike ride. I would say the greatest asset of this house is the pool, having a private pool was a first for us on 30A and made for nice morning and evening swims. All in all great house. It's a lovely, spacious and well appointed home in a quiet Seagrove neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining, bars and the paved Timpoochee trail that runs the length of 30A. Perfect for families or low key friend trips. You'll have everything you need including a private pool and a wonderful screened porch for relaxing with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
