Seas the Day | Crossings District, WaterColor 126 East Royal Fern Way Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: "Seas the Day" is a light-filled 2-story home with an abundance of windows inviting the outdoors to the interior spaces. Pale shades of blue-greens and splashes of orange with neutrals throughout the home to create a fun, soothing and cool décor in the iconic WaterColor manner. One master suite is downstairs, and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs, including another master suite with its own private balcony overlooking the Park. Three bedrooms feature king beds, 1 is a queen and the fifth has built in bunk beds with a trundle bed underneath. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and large with spacious closets. An additional half bath is downstairs. The only shared bath which has a tub/shower combo is for the queen room and bunk room which has a door from queen room and hallway. Each bedroom also features a flat screen TV with built in Blu Ray DVD player. The upstairs living area features a queen sleeper sofa. The open floor plan has a beautiful living room, kitchen and dining room downstairs, and a fully-appointed separate living area upstairs. Each living area is equipped with a 42 inch flat screen TV with Blu Ray DVD players. Enjoy yourself in our fully-equipped kitchen, including beautiful, upgraded stainless steel appliances that make even playing in the kitchen feel like you're on vacation! The kitchen is stocked with an extensive selection of drinkware, dishes and all that's needed for cooking to your hearts content and easy melamine dishes for children or a casual bite on the go. Everyone's favorite spot in this lovely home is the rocking chairs and comfortable love seat on the fully screened-in front porch. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts. \- 11 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club. \- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads. Reservation/Booking Policy \- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking \- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM \- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. We had always thought of Seaside for a vacation and thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to do so. The house was perfect. There was a room for each of us which made it great for getting the rest that we needed. The location was great with the Publix near by and a pool just a few doors down. The weather was not really warm but it was nice to take advantage of the amenities within Watercolor. No doubt that we will be back and would love to stay at Seas the Day again! L ##### Lydia H. Grill worked well. HVAC worked well. Beds and Linens in good shape. Furniture in good shape. Kitchen appliances in good shape. Skillet needs replacement. Washer and Dryer worked well. TV / Entertainment center internet a little slow a little klunky. Good glassware, utensils and dishes. Had issue last night with Fire Alarms going off had to call maint at midnight - need a scheduled change out for battery backup replacement. Doors,Screens, and porch furniture in good shape. Bathroom and closets in good shape. Beach Chairs worked well. Need access to golf cart! But Overall a great property we enjoyed. ##### Patrick M. From the very beginning, they were so accommodating on an early check in for us after a long drive with kids. The house had everything we needed to cook breakfasts at home, do laundry we needed, and had plenty of space! We especially loved the wine cooler and wet bar area. They made the booking and check in/check out process very clear and easy. We will definitely be booking with them again! The pool was just a couple doors down, and it was an easy golf cart or bike ride to seaside and watercolor! We only had one issue with the dryer not drying clothes properly, and after we called about it they had someone out to fix it within an hour. The rooms and space were more than enough for our 2 families that cake to visit. The 3 king suites were amazing and a huge draw for us to come. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and exactly as advertised. It was a good fit for our group of two families - 4 parents and 5 teenage boys. We enjoyed the bikes that came with the house very much and rode to town or the beach every day. Be aware it is a bit far to walk from the house to the beach if you are carrying chairs and other beach items. There is a large pool just three houses down and a grassy area nearby where our kids played football and Frisbee in the neighborhood. The Camp Watercolor pool, slide, and lazy river were nice but our older teens preferred to spend their time on the beach. The only things we would change would be to add baskets to the bicycles and to update some of the cookware that has been well used.
