We visited Seagrove Sparrow for a girls trip and the house was a perfect set up for our group! It was spacious and comfortably fit the 13 of us. The beach as well as a few restaurants and shops were just a walk away. The house provided a few basic items like dish soap and bars of hand soap, but no cleaning products or tinfoil/saran wrap/etc. and only a few trash bags - just something to keep in mind when planning! The only drawback was that beach access was only to nearby public beachesā€¦ these beaches did not have umbrella and beach chair set up services, so chairs and umbrellas had to be carried each dayā€¦ difficult for older guests. This place was everything it was advertised to be. Only two issues and they were minor. Elevator didnā€™t work. We didnā€™t care because we like to use the stairs but my handicapped mom had planned to be with us but could not at the last minute. Had she been with us it couldā€™ve been disastrous. Also gotta get used to the pool alarm every time you go outside. We must have set it off fifty times! All in all the place was beautiful, well maintained, the pool area was a great place to relax as well as have our evening dinners and play games. The beach was about a 5-10 minute walk from the house, not bad unless youā€™re carrying a lot of items + kids I would recommend taking the golf cart included with the home. Although golf carts arenā€™t allowed on the beach it helped haul our things. I do wish our bedroom AC was working better. It felt about 80+ degrees especially in the bathroom area.
