Home was in great condition and our family loved having a private covered pool ourselves. Location was extremely convenient as well with the beach and Seaside within easy walking distance. The house was clean and conveniently located to Sea Side and the beach, which was important to us with 2 teenagers we knew would want to hangout with friends in the area. My favorite part of the house was the swimming pool. It is surrounded by a wooded lot that makes it feel so peaceful.
