This newly renovated bungalow offers the perfect romantic escape, with a prime location only 125 feet from private beach access, a 4-minute walk to downtown Seaside and a 2-minute stroll to the West End pool. With over 35 shops and restaurants just moments away, you'll have everything you need right at your doorstep.  
  
Arrive to reserved off-street parking (a rarity in Seaside) and then follow a tranquil boardwalk path to the entrance of your peaceful retreat. The inviting open-air porch is the ideal place to relax with a cup of morning coffee while listening to the soothing sound of waves and feeling the Gulf breeze. Step inside to discover a well-designed two-level hideaway built for ultimate comfort. The first floor features an open living space with comfortable seating and a 42-inch wall-mounted TV, perfect for movie nights. The galley kitchen features stainless-steel appliances including oven, glass electric cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and custom-built cabinets for cookware, glassware and dishes. Enjoy a meal together at the adjacent dining area.  
  
Up a curving staircase, you'll find a spacious queen-bedded loft room with a second TV and an ensuite bath. The cozy bathroom features a cosseting shower and modern fixtures.
