From parking for two cars in front of the white picket fence to two expansive, open-air porches that span the full length of the house. Furnished for both comfort and style, the lower porch features plush club chairs and a dining table for three — perfect for morning coffee or evening wine after a day at the beach. Inside, the first floor is anchored by a stunning chef’s kitchen, centered around a 10-foot quartzite island with seating for four.
