DETAILS: Experience seaside bliss at Sandpiper Blue! This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Blue Mountain Beach home accommodates 13 guests, boasting multiple outdoor spaces and a delightful location—only a short stroll to Gulf Place Town Center and the beach! Enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding on the coastal dune lakes, swimming in the community pool, and no trip is complete without a visit to the famous Blue Mountain Beach Creamery!  
  
The first level of this charming 3-story home features a spacious guest bedroom with a queen bed, a twin sleeper sofa, and a glass door to the back deck, outfitted with a propane grill and picnic table for barbecues in the sun. For convenience, the washer and dryer are in the hall closet.  
  
Hardwood floors, dusty blue accents, and contemporary furnishings greet guests in the second-level great room. Sink into the soft couch and velvety armchairs for a relaxed family movie night on the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen is an entertainer’s delight with a roomy 4-stool breakfast bar and island—perfect for serving a savory brunch or chatting with guests while cooking. For indoor dining, there’s a table for 4\. A lovely guest bedroom with a plush king bed offers a relaxing retreat for the night.  
  
Additional sleeping accommodations await on the top level, including the inviting primary bedroom with a comfortable king bed and a luxurious private bathroom. The cozy bunk room with 2 queen beds and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed is a great space for children and teens. On the landing, a spiral staircase beckons guests onto the rooftop deck. Settle on the comfy patio furniture for cocktails in the coastal air or dine at the 4-seat table. Peek-a-boo Gulf views and string lights make this the ultimate spot to unwind day or night.  
  
Escape for a peaceful Blue Mountain Beach getaway at Sandpiper Blue. Parking for 1 vehicle makes it easy to explore nearby Dune Allen, Grayton Beach, and the rest of Iconic 30A.   
  
For the nearest beach access, head west on Coastal Grove Way, turn left onto Penny Lane, another left onto Leisure Lane, then turn right onto West County Highway 30A, and Ed Walline Regional Beach Access will be on the right, 1/2 a block away. Book today!
