This spacious 1800+ sq ft home features 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom, an upper loft area with Xbox S and foosball table, and a desk and chair for the work zoom meeting you are trying to avoid while on vacation. Between the built in custom bunks beds, the extra loft space, the short walk to the community pool, the quick golf cart trip to the beach or to our favorite local restaurant, Stinkys Fish Camp, this home is sure to please everyone in your group. With an Eero mesh WIFI network you never have to worry about loss of internet coverage in this house if you do plan to take the pesky laptop with you. Step inside this beautiful home and on the main floor discover an open concept design with exquisite 10 foot ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, an island with built-in outlets and seating for 2, and a large dining table accommodating 6\. The living area is exceptional thought out with sofa tables full of convenient outlets behind the plush Crate and Barrel white sectional. With the amazingly comfortable leather Scandinavian recliners and the large smart tv, you will even be happy indoors on a rainy day. The powder room is right down the hall by laundry area with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. A main floor king master suite makes this room, and home, perfect for any family member who would prefer to avoid a flight of stairs. Excellent location! The home was immaculate with plenty of room for sleeping and sitting around with the family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Excellent communication with Beach Luxury Vacations. There are 3 beach accesses close to the property and the community pool was within walking distance.
