This vacation oasis features a 6 seat golf cart and is only 6 homes from the resort-style swimming pool and gathering area featuring tropical palm trees, a gazebo and lounge area with an outdoor grill. After a long sunny day rest and relax in the front porch hammock or hideaway on the furnished master deck. "Sweet N Salty" allows you to step away from the daily stress and enjoy the freedom of serenity. \~ THE PROPERTY \~ "Sweet N Salty" is an exquisite 2-story hand picked home with excellent design quality and attention to detail. Safavieh chic stylized furniture and calming coastal decor will surely set your mind at ease. The living room gathering area has plenty of seating to watch TV, movies or sporting events on the wall mounted flat screen smart TV or just converse over a great glass of wine. Enjoy a family dinner around the 8 person dining table and take advantage of the leather bar stools which line the crystalline quartz island top for additional seating. In the well stocked and fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, everything needed to prepare delicious meals for the whole family to enjoy is just an arms length away. This kitchen offers a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, flat top ceramic stove and microwave. Do not forget about our small but wonderful appliances such as the coffee maker (k-cup), toaster, popcorn maker, crock pot, a hand orange juicer and especially the blender for all of your margarita needs. The kitchen is kept full of glassware, dishes, cookware, utensils and flatware. The half bath is just a few steps away and so it the separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a closet with 4 beach chairs! Down the hall is the guest king suite featuring a mounted flat screen tv, elevated ceilings, a large walk in closet, a private bathroom boasting a quartz dual sink vanity with a tub/shower combination. Up the stairs at "Sweet N Salty" and past the breathtaking oyster shell chandelier is the east bunk room decorate with beautiful fish, anchors and sailboats. It offers plenty of sleeping space with a twin over full bunkbed set and full pull out trundle. A flat screen smart TV was just added so that guests or their children may be able to stream their favorites while falling asleep or resting after a sunny day. Right around the corner is the bright and cheery flamingo second floor guest bathroom with plenty of natural lighting and happy hues to bring fresh start to every morning. Down the hall is the white and coral coastal twin over full bunkbed set which now features a flat screen wall mounted smart tv. At the west end of the second floor hall is the master king suite. This gorgeous king bedroom has an oversized walk in closet with organizer, top pf the line Ashley bedroom set, flat screen tv with cable and streamling capabilities and a private furnished balcony with 4 inch deep cushions on the lounge sofa. The "Sweet N Salty" luxury master bathroom features not only one, but three, shower heads! The house was spacious and beautiful, I loved the high ceilings. This home has every kitchen appliance imaginable, lol. The private balcony off the master was such a peaceful spot to start and end each day. The home is located in a quiet, gated community just a few minutes from Seaside, which made it easy to enjoy great restaurants, shops, and live music nearby. The beach was only a short golf cart trip away, and having beach chairs provided made it even easier. The community pool is massive and close by. It has a neat lounge area. We were a group of 4 mothers and 4 daughters with room for all. Linens and towels are fresh and plenty. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, and plenty of storage for food, wine, etc.. Location is excellent being just a short drive to explore the 30A, or use the golf cart to spend the day at the beach or go for dinner! Lots to do within walking distance as well, and the pool is a 5 minute stroll from the home. Quiet and lovely community to relax when you're having down time at the house. Having the golf cart was a game changer for our trip and we are now spoiled and will never not have one on our beach trips. The house is beautiful, was very clean, and had all the kitchen supplies you could ask for. The only thing we didn't particularly like (but would not stop us from renting this house again) was the air rule of 72 degrees. With the August heat and humidity in FL we got a little hot while sleeping at those temps. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to be in the Santa Rosa Beach area. ##### John C. I can't say enough how nice this home is! The owner and property manager were incredible to work with and honestly thought of everything to make our stay perfect! The home was phenomenal and we were so impressed with how meticulously clean it was. From the golf cart, to the beach chairs, to the decor, to the fully stocked kitchen - we couldn't have asked for more. Greenway Station is literally a 2 minute walk and has amazing restaurants, shops and bike rentals and was our go-to for the week. Eastern Lake beach access is gorgeous and the water was crystal clear. Our kids absolutely loved the neighborhood pool and it was literally a 30 second walk from the front door.
