The ultra desirable location of this home is amazing! The entire Camp WaterColor establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant and bar, basketball court, playing field (just off the back porch of the home), and playground! It also has food/drink service available. Additionally, guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has food/drink service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Other things to note \-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. \-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your group upon booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration. \-Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. \-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are enforced and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees. \-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. \-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. \-Smoking is strictly prohibited. \-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. We had 20 people in our family and it accommodated all of us. We enjoyed Camp WaterColor and the bicycles. We had a memorable vacation celebrating Grandpa’s 70th birthday! Florida is rough on homes, and the owners and property managers do an exceptional job at keeping it up to standards. Location is good, 5 min bike ride to beach, with a fishing pond, volleyball area and green space right out the back door. Camp Watercolor pool is fantastic and is with a few hundred yards. Management company was great to work with. Kitchen is well stocked with the essentials to cook, and beds are very comfortable. Only issue we had was some of the bedding was dirty, but we arrived a bit early and the home was not able to have the thorough property check where I would hope it would have been discovered. All the bedrooms having their own bathrooms was wonderful for our group. The location is great.
