Luxury, privacy and serenity close to beach, private pool

Newly constructed, luxurious, single level custom home. Private and secluded with a big backyard and a salt water/ionization system pool. Pool will be heated upon a request only at $ 50 night to 80 F. Please be aware that it takes 24 hours for the pool to get heated. We require a 3 day notice to be able to make the arrangements. There will be an addition $ 40 trip fee for last minute decisions. House is located on a quiet street in a friendly Dune Allen neighborhood. Short 10 minute walk to public beach access with showers, restrooms and parking.
Few smaller beach access areas close by. Pond in the backyard and state park behind the pond. This is an elegant, contemporary house featuring European porcelain tile, European contemporary kitchen cabinets and Italian furniture. If you like living surrounded by nature, enjoy the privacy and proximity to public beach, this house has it all.
Triple bunk beds, however the upper level might not be suitable for kids 12 and younger. Parents discretion advised. House could sleep up to 9 people (2 king beds, 1 queen and a triple bunk bed).
There are 3 smart tvs in the house with many apps. No cable tv available. Parking only in front of the house. There is enough parking for 3 cars. Garage is not available for parking. However access is granted to storage area with beach chairs, 4 bikes, beach cart and some toys. Topsail State Park nearby has a nice, less crowded beach, hiking trails, biking, activities. There is a coffee shop there with evening live music. The west end of 30a is considered the best end.

We had high hopes for our stay based on the listing photos, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas.The furniture throughout the home was notably, uncomfortable. The living room sofas were stiff and offered very little cushioning or support, making it difficult to relax in the evenings.Communication with the owner was also challenging. While, we appreciate hosts who maintain high standards, we found the level of oversight excessive. We received frequent messages about minor details – such as the exact positioning of furniture. The constant attention to trivial matters created a somewhat tense and unwelcoming atmosphere, making it hard to feel truly at ease during our vacation.

Casa molto bella ed ideale per chi cerca l'immersione nella natura e nella tranquillità.A nostro avviso però vi sono alcuni dettagli che, per la cifra pagata, dovrebbero essere migliorati: evitare di fornire solamente due pastiglie per la lavastoviglie (per un soggiorno di 7 giorni), sostituire uno dei due lettini da sole che è rotto cosi' come il divano da esterni (sfondato nelle sedute). I freni delle biciclette non funzionano adeguatamente e andrebbero revisionati.

Great weekend for Mother’s Day! The owner was very responsive . All the amenities were in great working order. The middle bedroom with 3 bunks worked out for the kids in the group. It did rain the whole weekend but the property was spacious enough and we had the pool and back yard area to spread out. Only complaint was she had new cleaners who did not pay attention to detail like the outside furniture was obviously not wiped down from leaves and debris. But over all amazing stay

We landed early but our check in time was not until 4 p.m. Reached out to our Host to see if we could check in early but the cleaner would not be ready for us until 4p. No worries!! We drove by the home at 10 a.m. to find it and there was a car in the driveway - assumed it was the cleaner. Reached out to Host around 3p to see if cleaner was done - its just one house and it had been 5 hours. Host said not yet due to laundry. Arrived at home at 4p and same car was in driveway. A lady with wet hair ran out, talking REALLY fast saying things like "I'm sorry the home is not done, I spilled something and it took hours to clean up" "Sorry there are crumbs and food on the kitchen counters" "Floors aren't done" "I'll give you one or two days extra stay for free" "I can come back tomorrow" .... it went on and on. She was loading her car with what looked like clothing and she looked like she had just got out of the pool or shower. We had been up since 2 a.m. and just wanted her to leave. She left around 4:30p. We looked around the home and realized it was really dirty. Food all over the bar stools and dining table chairs, on the counters and smeared on the living room sectional. A wicker basket on the counter by the stove had dishwasher pods in it and they had dissolved and went through the basket onto the counter. There was something poured down the sectional and stuck to the floor. No comforters on the beds, just sheets and a thin blanket on each. Floors were gro

Amazing place to stay near Santa Rosa beach

This place is amazing. The house was clean and the view out the back is beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Everything was smooth with checkin/checkout. Close to the beach. About a 10 minute walk or a short drive. The access to the owners beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes was very nice. If I ever come to Santa Rosa beach again I will want to stay here.

Home so Nice, We had to visit Twice!

While this property most certainly speaks for itself, I felt compelled to post a review once again. My family and I visited this beautiful home last May and we enjoyed it so much we couldn't wait to return. The booking process and communication with Isabella was seamless. She responded to my inquiries with such promptness, it felt like she was right there with us. I don't know what more I can say about this fabulous home that I didn't in my last review, but I will say it was just as spectacular and immaculately kept as it was when we last visited. Nestled just off of 30A, its location is prime for visitors who enjoy a short walk to the beach and a short drive/bike ride to the numerous restaurants along 30A. If you're thinking of visiting Santa Rosa, you would not be disappointed booking your stay here.
