THE SPACE As you approach the townhome on the quiet gravel road you will immediately be greeted by the tranquil silence and the southern sun. Feel free to utilize the carport parking which makes for unpacking the car convenient. Directly in front of the carport is an incredible main level patio space which nearly collides with the sandy dunes. The carport also contains an outdoor shower that is perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach. After entering the home you will be led upstairs on the beautiful dark wood stairs that are contrasted perfectly to the clean shiplap white walls. At the top of the stairs you’ll land in the living and dining spaces. This space has floor-to-ceiling Gulf views with a double sliding glass door that opens to a private balcony equipped with a table and chairs. You will have unobstructed views thanks to the glass enclosed railing. Be sure to enjoy the aqua and deep blue waters, as well as listen to the roll of the tide. The beauty of this townhome is that you have coastal views throughout the home. The living chamber is furnished with a white cozy large L-shaped sleeper sectional sofa accented with a coffee table, decorative lamps, entertainment space, and smart television. The cozy seating, coastal views, and comforts of home are sure to make this space a family favorite. The dining space is perfectly placed opposite the modern kitchen. Leave the noise machine at home as your proximity to the beach will allow for the perfect calming and tranquil relaxation. You are going to want to spend the majority of your time outside, in the sand, but this bedroom makes for the perfect escape to relax and recuperate. They do have beach towels by the way, and the onsite laundry is very convenient. They arranged for us to have a rented golf cart from a local company, so we had no golf cart issues. The two lounge chairs with the pretty view are actually right in front of the carport, and rain really soaks the cushions, but there are two other very usable porches with beautiful unobstructed views, so you don’t need a third area. Plus you really end up on the beach. It’s a short walk street from Cafe 30-a which is the best fine dining restaurant IMHO in the area.We would definitely go back. ##### Candice Y.
